Customer Obligations

Pump out can be organised by the hiring organisation via pump out tank or dump point. Alternately, QLD Mobile Toilets can also provide a pump out via vacuum truck at an extra cost.
3/4 water connection required. QLD Mobile Toilets will supply the hoses. If no water is available at the event venue, let us know and we can supply up to 2000 litres.
Property damage proof of insurance.
Trailer requires a 10 amp point to operate. If no power is available at the event venue, let us know, and we can supply a generator at an extra cost.

Due to weather and climatic conditions, QLD Mobile Toilets will not be liable for any failure to perform as agreed in the quote/contract or other causes beyond its control.
The responsibility for the cost of repairs and replacement due to theft, carelessness, accidental damage, fire, vandalism, and riot remains solely on the hirer. Everyday wear and tear are acceptable.
Included in the price are consumables, cleaning, and general maintenance.
Once the contract is signed, we invoice a deposit invoice of 20% and that must be paid to confirm the booking. Prior to delivery of the unit/s, full payment is required.
QLD Mobile Toilets reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts. Interest will be charged at the standard rate as set by the Taxation Administration Act 1993 to accrue daily until all outstanding accounts are paid.
